BEWARE: Received a letter from Monti Torres Claim Agent. Stationery heading: Parts Unlimited, Inc. 905-399-8131. Received a letter stating I won the International Lotto Powerball held in the United Kingdom on June 20. A check for $3,880.00 was included with instructions to send $2,620.00 by Western Union to cover fees. I did not deposit the check, nor did I call the number. I came here and saw were a complaint was filed by a man name Johnny Torress, who had $3,000 in damages. He said the check was not honored by JP Morgan and his fees were kept.
