We were contacted by mail saying their law firm could help reduce our monthly mortgage. After many conversations with derek smith and finally a pile of paperwork and 3,000.00 dollars later they disappeared. Government says they passed a certain law protecting homeowners. B. S!!! I lost 3 grand and the attorney general said i will not receive my money back even though no services were provided. They didnt even contact my mortgage company. These demons didnt do a thing but take my money and waste my time. Rather i get into trouble or not. I hope they all burn in hell. We were in a bad spot to begin with i borrowed against my 401k to pay these slimedogs. Liz gomez is apart of it too. The attorney is "weiner" forgot last name and im not digging up the paperwork. Be warned!!! If you need help go to hud directly or your mortgage company its free. Hud has classes on how to help us homeowners going through tough times. Do not hire a slum attorney. If you cant pay your mortgage how can you afford an attorney? Do your homework dont be as stupid as i was. First obama says he is going to help by putting billions in to help the home owner then he takes it back. If you still believe obama is helping your wrong! Read! We are all on our own. Good luck!
