The TV ad said one lantern would cost $12.99. But I could get a second one for the same price with no shipping charge.
When I went to order the lamps I was pushed into paying 9.99 for the second one and 6.99 for shipping. There was no way to speak to a person or question the order. The credit card information was taken at the beginning of the order. There was also no confirmation number.
The TV ad is totally misleading and their way of making the sale is underhanded and a violation of consumer rights.
