I responded to a TV ad for the Old Brooklyn Lantern. The ad promised a free lantern when you purchased one.
This company not only charged me for the supposedly free lantern, but they charged $17.98 EACH, instead of the advertised price of $12.99!
When I tried to call them. I got a computerized voice—not a person!
