Lousy product (cushions) didn't meet my needs, so I wanted to return for a refund. They offered to refund $15 and I can keep the product - which is useless to me. Based on the weight and size of the product, the maximum cost of shipping them to me via USPS ground was less than $10, yet they charged almost $20.in effect, they throw these things out the door and collect over $10 per order, whether the consumer wants it or keeps it.
They do not give you the option of declining the "second cushion free, just pay S&H ($9.95). I wanted to order only one! Basically, they have stiffed me out of $24.85
