I thought I ordered one Forever Comfy cushion plus one free for a total of $19.95 plus shipping of $9.95. The total charged should have been $29.90. I ordered this through the 800#, was unable to reach a real person, just a recording which kept trying to sell me other items (at least 7) until I hung up! My order was never confirmed. THEN! 4 cushions arrived! A double order. My card was charged $86.47! I'm stuck with 2 extra pillows which I will not pay shipping to return. There was no packing/return slip in either box of pillows. The web site has no information on how to reach them and there is no phone number provided. I hope my credit card company will deny the overcharge.
