I checked my checking account and noticed I was overdrafted. After investigating, I traced it back to Palm Loans. I called them and told them I did not know who they were, and I wanted my money back, now. They told me my money would be refunded to me in a week. Never recieved it, called again, they said it would be refunded to me within the week. Well, it is 2 1/2 months later and I still have not received my refund. This is unacceptable, and I want my money back from them now.
