Palm Loan took $30.00 out of my account on 11/20 They have not been authorized to do this. I do not know who they are. I do not know why they would have taken the funds from my account. They deducted 30.00 dollar from my checking account without my permission. When I contacted they said that after thirty days they would refund my money and I am still waiting for it to be refunded now when tried calling there number has changed
