Miscellaneous

I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a vehicle she was selling for $3700.00. Received and email from Julia Witten stating that Amazon is handling this transaction. She emailed me pics of the vehicle and stated she was selling it because she had gotten a divorce and she already had bought another vehicle and did not need another.in her email she stated that Amazon would be contacting me. I got an email from what totally looked to be like it was truely from Amazon with instructions on what to do. I was told to wire the money to Cape Bank in New Jersey. The money was wired on October 25. I continued to call the number on the so called invoice and would speak to Daniel, which by the way is not even from the United States. He gave me the run around for couple weeks then finally just quit taking my calls. I called Amazon and they had no record of my transaction and informed me that I had been scammed. I see on the other complaint against this women there is a Natalie Witten or Natalie Fasano involved. I never dealt with her but on my paperwork there is a name Carolyn S Pew that says she is an Amazon Financial Agent. These people need to be stopped!!!
