Defrauding employees of overtime by changing start/end times and clocking you out of jobs remotely

Eastcoast allows their dispatchers to remotely clock you out of your last job to cook the books to make their times look better, and at the same time makes employees lose money. I lost 60.00 on Tuesday alone. They give you a company vehicle that you pay 2/3 the gas to run. I have driven my truck for over 20,000 work related miles, and have paid around 5500.00 to do so. I have been reimbursed only 1900.00. Why should employees pay 2/3 of the daily operating cost? So the horrid. 95 cents they pay per unit comes down to roughly. 70, I spend over 180/ week and they give me 25 back. My direct supervisor put in a pay change form on 9/17 to give me a raise, however payroll / hr " never received" it. Furthermore, said it was the " wrong form anyway" last week. So, should they be liable to pay back pay to the time I was given promotion? I am a solid tech, producing 150-180 units on a daily basis, clearly top level tech. I have a hard time with the changing of my hours, that is not right. And paying to run someone else's truck with a reimbursement formula based on a "suggested" mile per gallon figure (20, which my truck gets 14 with full load climbing the hills of VT), instead of paying. 22 cents per mile or something. They should make everyone pick up their trucks at office and pay all gas if they are afraidto give a gas card like 90% of the competition.
To summarize, the dispatchers lie, the management lies more, the pay is sub par, you pay to run their truck, they steal time from you, and should be shut down. I have wised up and got a new job, and anyone seeking employment here should just look elsewhere. I am also filing with the VT dept. Of labor as well to see what my rights are and if I can recover some of the money I spent.
