Tried to rip me off. Thankful for a website like this who exposes scam artist like these ripoffs

The government grant processing center contacted me twice to inform me that I along with 20,000 Americans were selected for a $8000 grant from the government for never filing bankruptcy, paying my taxes every year, never being arrested, never having borrowed money from the federal gov't, and for being a good citizen.

They told me a fee of $257 would be charged for processing. They wanted my bank information so being skeptical I asked many questions. I asked for a phone numer and received a bogus number from them. I called the number after I hung up the phone and I woke up some man in Florida when I called back.

Thank God I didn't give them any info. I'm thankful for a website like this who exposes scam artist like these guys.
