£10 was taken from my account on 1st nov. I do not know this company and never gave authorisation for this transaction. I would like my money back now. I am pensioner and cannot affored this sort of thing. Who are these people and who give them permission to do this sort of thing? I have tried filling in the form for refund but keep getting told wrong zip code and dollar amount. I am in the UK and I want my money back 10 english pounds my poat code is CO16 8JL.
