They took money out of my account without my permission 50 pounds now costing me 5 pounds a day

This company postnet ltd t/acg took money from my account without my permission. I went to bank 2 weeks ago to get money that I had left in for moving. When I checked my balance I found 50 pounds missing and was overdrawn and put into arrears and now it is costing me 5 pounds a day. I never gave them or anyone else permission to withdraw any money from my account. I did further investigation to find out the place was bold on my account Postnet Ltd t/acg someone that I have never even heard of. I bet if I took money from them they would soon complain. I am also beginning to think these people think it is fun stealing from folk. I am a pensioner on basic pension so I just have not got that kind of money to part with especially someone I never even heard of. If they pay back my money I would expect it to be paid back with 5 pounds for every day I am without it.
