Miscellaneous

Company called my aunt and supposedly sold her additional medical coverage. She gave them her credit card number and they debited her account for $447.34. We contacted the number on the debit from the bank 888-778-0081 and were told that the money would be re-deposited into her account in 21-30 days. Have also filed a complaint with the bank. Nothing has been refunded as of this date 11-01-12. Still pursuing refund. How can some people sleep at night, taking money from the elderly?
