I received an email saying Walmart was hiring. Website said Walmart was looking for secret shoppers. Contacted "them" and said I was interested in being a Walmart Secret Shopper. They asked for my phone number so they could text me instructions. I only got a phone number - 513-655-7324 - and a first name - Daniel, either of which may or may not be real.

I do not know the carrier. I did a reverse search on a website and it looks like the number is a landline from Cincinnati even though the person texted me.

Received a package with a fake check and instructions. Was told to go to Walmart, purchase something and make some observations and email in a report.

I was also instructed to wire $2,420 (minus Western Union fees) to someone in the Philippines.

I worked the money on Oct. 17. Monday, Oct. 22 I found out that the "check" was no good. The people had already picked up their money.

Then, they sent me out another package! With the exact same check and same instructions. When I tracked the new package it was sent from California. However, the return address on the package was:
