Did a offer off of a local radio station and have been fighting every month since then to get debits to my account stopped. Every month they just use a different 1-800 number to get over on me telling me that this is the first time i have called to cancel when in fact it is not. I have not ever used their service/offers yet i continually get charged every month. On 10-29-12 they did two debits of 19.95 each. When i called they said it was the first time i have called and cancelled, went through the whole spill about no it wasnt and they are suppose to credit these two charges back to my account but what about all of the charges in the past year... And whose to say that its not gonna happen again next month!
