Order sectional couch..in may took them 5 months to deliver couch while i was paying for something i havent recieved. The day of the delivery of my sectional couch. I adv the delivery man to remove door coming up the stairs. Man asked for a measuring tape, says no problem couch should fit thru. Delivery man brought up 2 sections. He checks door down stairs says there is not damage. He made me sign a form of my reciept for no dmage, he never adv me that there a damage around the frames of the door, same day i called breault & martineau i adv i wanted to speak to the complaint departement this was around 2.00 in the afternoon of the 14 oct... Lady that answered says there on the phone would u like to leave them a msg. I said i would i explained everything about the frames, and to have someone call me back. I was outside trying to explain to my landlord what happen i recieved a miss cll from breault & martineau but no msg. I called back next day spoke to a yolaine say sshe would look into this. Says my file will be sent to veronica. My order # is D700944-1.. After couple of weeks she calls me back says they cant find the notes that i called in. I have on my phone the time and date and when they returned the call back... My landlord Mr Antonio Notte is very upset for the brand new doors that were put in...
