Epiclear - Vision Labs - Symphonix - Pres. Michael J McNaboe ripoff scam fraudulent charges

My husband ordered a so called free trial sample of Epiclear which they really charged $12.95. Then a week or two later our bank account was charged $164.90 and then a couple of days later we receive a box of Epiclear products and a bill for Auto Ship program.

We called the company and they said we should have cancelled thirty days before and once they send it too bad. My husband said specifically he didn't want anymore products and they shipped it anyway. How can you cancel it when you dont know they are going to send it and charge you before you get it? It is a ripoff! Then customer service or Eddie - hung up on my husband because they said he was verbally abusive. Please!
I contacted the Human Resource Director which just happens to be one of the companys founders wifes. How convienient, but she still refuses to refund. I also told her about the complaints I saw online and she basically said we have millions of customers so what is a hundred complaints?

So I contacted the BBB, the Attorney General's office and I will get my money from these Scam artists and RIP OFF COMPANY!!!
