Rip me off repeatedly fraudulent billing

I order a bottle of pills in July. I'm overseas in Iraq and I come to find out that my account has been charged every month for the past 4 months for the same item I'm not receiving anymore. I've tried contacting these people and can never get any response. I will find away to take these people to court. If anyone can tell me what I can do please let me know.
