Ordered 4 colognes on August 14. Waited weeks for them to arrive and emailed a few times to follow up. Finally, 7 weeks later, half the order turned up - 2 colognes. I emailed several times but kept getting the same 'form' email - not their problem. I've reported them to the consumer protection authorities in the UK and Bulgaria as well as to my credit card company. Stay away from these people.
