He is an internet dating scammer who is very charming. States he is from WA or CA, single and all alone except for his ailing uncle who is still in Wales (which is where he is from). After securing a telecommunications contract for Maxxis in Malaysia, he flies there to fulfil contract. While there, bad thunderstorms damage his equipment just before he completes the job. Once he obtains funds for parts, he then gets in trouble with Malaysian authorities as he needs to pay taxes before being able to leave. He also gets ill several times, incurring doctors bills and then hospital bills. He is always able to obtain some of the funds from previous clients, but always asks you for at least part of it. Alias names he has used is Sean Porter and Charles Wright, and he uses the same photos from 4-5 years ago
