I ordered a watch, but realized I had ordered a ladies model by mistake so I contacted the company weeks before it shipped and requested they change my order to a mens watch. I was told it was too late but just to return the watch once I received it and they would swap it out. I am still waiting for my replacement and this is October 31st!!! I have sent dozens of emails and received nothing but promises! Such a run around, they have my money, I have nothing.
