Brothers and Sisters i'm here to help you get your refund from elite planning group, the same way i did. Do not give up, thats thier #1 tactic hopeing you will. After getting sucked into this scam and fought with EPG for 9 months i got a full refund. Here's is how you can too, contact the Arizona BBB, the Arizona consumer protection agency and the Arizona attorney general and file a complaint. Do not let the retarded staff stall you in steps when demanding talking to somebody in the billing dept, do not let the person in the billing dept suggest you file a disput with your credit card company, do not let them attemp to offer you half your money back, demand every penny. I faxed them a dirty letter with a copy of my filed complaints and told them i was going to sue them, do a media blitz and was flying to Arizona to see them in court.
