Elite called me promising me that for $700 they would get my interest rates lowered; if they could not after one year: I would get full refund. Unfortunately and mysteriously: The company has disappeared/no answer on their phone; and an "F" w/the BBB. "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!"
