My computer wasn't working quite right. I got a pop-up message about a free scan. My Norton popped-up and checked the site and said it was recommended. So I went ahead and let them scan-but to fix it -wasn't free. They charged 39.95 to fix it but its still the same. When I called to complain I got someone in India. Today 10-30-12, I got a pop-up from fast pc.com—I'm sure it was the same scam.
