I usually research places I buy from, but my computer was really messing up the last couple of days and I was getting really frustrated. When I came across this company, I assumed I could trust it being affiliated with Microsoft... Not. Pulled the same crap on me, scan, can't fix so buy this for 200 or 300 bucks. When I told him I could not afford it he said good-bye. I called customer service and he was really happy to help me, no problem he said, I will be happy to refund your money. I will send you refund confirmation right now. Of course several hours later, still not here. Rip Off big time! I will post if/when I get my refund.
