I placed and order on 14th of october 21:39.
As per their website at that time they said it would take 2-3 days for unlocking my iphone.
But then when i try to track my order it says

15 Oct 11:05: 50 - Pre order and deposit complete - thanks. Once the unlock for that network is back online we will email you to inform of the additional cost to complete your order (if any). Your IMEI will then be placed in the priority unlocking queue for immediate delivery.
*Orange/t-Mobile update - unlocks will resume on completion of the Everything Everywhere merger, this will be in around 1-2 weeks"

Now they refuse to refund me. If my imei is not placed in the priority unlocking queue and unlock for that network is not online. Why they refuse to refund my money. They haven't provided me any service except kept me waiting 16 days.
Thats a total ripoff
