Refrigerator Refund Promised Repeatedly but Never Received

I bought a refrigerator on Oct 9. They were not able to deliver until Oct 12. On Oct 10th I called to cancel the transaction. The "manager" said she was refunding the money at that moment but it would take 3-5 days for the bank to release. I waited till the 22nd and called again. The "manager" informed me she was refunding my money right then.
I called on the 24th and she put me on hold for over 15 min. I called corp while on hold and they called the store. On 3 way an associate (not the manager) got on to tell me it WAS refunded on the 22nd. Corporate called me on the 27th to see if I got my refund or a callback. Nope to both! Corporate was very upset she disobeyed their orders but I still haven't received my money and it is now Oct 29th and she still has her job!
