Miscellaneous

Like others at this web site, I ordered the 'risk-free trial' of 3 Aura Vie skin care products (a cleanser, a serum and a cream) on 9/9 for which I was charged $4.95 shipping ($1.93 by Newskin and $3.02 from BeauPro). Just returning home after a long trip, I now discover that I was charged $97.88 (by BeauPro) on 9/25 for those products, and today I've received another box of the 3 products and have been charged another $97.88. With a phone call to the company where I got a very arrogant representative, I learned that the 'risk-free trial' was for only 10 days, at which time I needed to return unused product and cancel my account.in order the trial products, I was actually signing up for 6 months of the product at full price. I'm not a naive online shopper, as the rep indicated to me on the phone, and this info appears nowhere on the order or shipping confirmation e-mails I received, nor on the paperwork with my trial products. I've cancelled my 'account', and have authorization to return this latest order for a partial refund of $87.20, due to the 'restocking fee'. What a complete scam!
