Same complaint re DVD box set paid for 10.8.12, nothing received. Complained - response about held up at customs, extra charges of $18 that they would pay. Coming by Australia Post but unable to track and trace. Complained again - they would send new set by express. Still nothing. Unable to find any contact details except by email. Have lodged a complaint with ACCC Scamwatch today!
