Paid postage charge of $6.36 AUD 17/10 for product that never recived & then unable to contact through various phone numbers (x11 numbers in Australia & USA) and also emails. Have since been charged a further $157.28 AUD for further product that I never signed up or agreed to. Terms & Conditions were only available 'after' receipt of initial trial purchase & have been unable to contact & cancel what I have not agreed to through the companies own term & conditions. My bank says they can not do anything except lodge a complaint of non receipt after 'each' 30 days of charge & that cancelling my card will not work as each direct debit will reactivate the account. What nonsense! Have also lodged a complaint on each company with the ACCC... Where do I go from here to prevent any further charges... Can anyone advise!!??
