Miscellaneous

Company calls and tells me I have many viruses on my computers that they would fix them for me all I had to do was press a few things on my computer and they would correct them they showed all the errors in red I freaked out and fell for it I gave them my credit card # for the amt $77.78 for 1 year they down loaded 3 programs on my lap tops 2 of the I printed out the receipt from my email. Looked legel? I went on line to check this out and found out it was a scam. I shut down my credit card and had the main server pass word change, took out the battery of each lap tops unplugged them don't know what to do now? Do I start them up and delete the files or what? They they would correct my other computer off the motem that was the last of the call. They said it would cost me $100.00 more if I stopped payment on this. I was on a recording and thought this was all legitiment. I fell for it and now quit worried about it. They were from India. I had my pass word changed from my home computer and shut down my credit card as stolen. What else do I do to know I'm safe?
