The thought of buying a house always terrified me. I always thought that I would be one of the Americans that would miss out on owning a home because I didn%u2019t think the home I would want could be affordable. Driving home from work one day, a house caught my eye and out of curiosity I called Keller Williams to see how much it was listed for. A guy named Ethan Landry answered the phone and I asked him about the house. He told me the price and it was more than I expected. I immediately thanked him and told him it was a little pricy. He offered to show me some more properties and was very confident he could find me a comparable home for an affordable price; I laughed and told him that I really wasn%u2019t serious about buying a house and didn%u2019t want to waste his time. Ethan said that showing houses was his favorite part of his job and he didn%u2019t mind at all. That weekend, my partner Josh and I set up an appointment to go look at 2 houses. I didn%u2019t like the first one and Josh didn%u2019t like the second. Afterward Ethan drove by a house and pointed it out saying that it wasn%u2019t on the market yet, but he knew the owner was getting ready to sell and asked if we wanted to see it. We didn%u2019t even see the inside and already we knew that was the house for us. I%u2019m thrilled to say because of Ethan, we got the house we wanted for right price. I can honestly say he made it very easy. He stayed with us through the whole process and made sure we knew what we were buying. I can%u2019t believe my one phone call turned in to us buying our first home! He did a great job and we recommend him highly!
