We created a website to help spread the true stories of how Keller Williams Realty steals from their clients.

So far, there are two stories on this site. The first is about how Althea Osborn (Keller Williams' #1 agent in Austin, TX) added over $5000.00 in fees to her own client's closing statement. These fees went directly into her pocket. Unfortunately, her poor client did not contact us in time for us to sue on his behalf. But there is still time for others.

In addition toi Althea Osborn, another rippoff expert is Keller Willaims agent Gary Casteel. Read on for the details about how Keller Williams flooded a house in Austin Texas and then REFUSED to help the homeowners.

Hi Guys and Girls,

This is not spam mail. I am writing to let you know that Keller Williams agency destroyed the carpets and linoleum in our home. I am not a realtor but I figure that having Keller Williams agents going around destroying property can't be too good for their business..

We put on our home on the market with another agency because we had heard the warnings about Keller Williams. The home was decorated but we had moved out.

The house had been on the market for a few days when Gary Casteel, of Keller Williams in Austin, decided to let himself in using the lockbox. He left the toilet overflowing and left the house. He did not turn off the water, or call me or my agent to let us know that there was a problem

When I checked on the house the next day, I found the entire house flooded and the toilet overflowing. Gary admitted to me that he had left the toilet overflowing and had left the house.

Both Gary and his boss refuse to help in any way. They will not tell us the name of their insurance agency.

So far the cost of damages exceeds $6,000.00 (water extraction, carpet replacement, linoleum replacement).

See the photos below. The house will be in excellent shape when the carpet and linoleum are replaced but in the meantime it looks terrible thanks to Gary.

Gary Casteel refuses to discuss this issue with me.

Ask yourself - do you really want Keller Williams to destroy YOUR house next? How many more houses are their agents going to wreck? Let's put a stop to this now.
