I was on line looking at my local paper and an ad popped up to get my local paper delivered at a discounted price. I order it. They sent me a confirmation with an Order ID 9990373662. They said I should be getting my paper in 7 days. Well, today is the 26th and no paper. They sent a note to contact my local paper. I did and they never heard of such a thing. I sent them an email stating just that and told them I wanted a refund. They said they would contact the paper. That was on the 24th. Communication was all done by email. Still nothing. I again told them I wanted my refund and so far no answer. They are a rip off. I know it is not much money, but it is the principal of the thing. If they did it to me, they sure did it to others.
