Took trial offers and 1 ordered item.
As notified on line had one order ready to ship on month by month basis. Never agreed on month t month orders. Now my ccing account ovrdraw by 150.00 plus. Craig asshole his jut says hewill reverse the charges imeadiatelyn edit my acount immdiately also. Went back to bank and nothing. Now have three over draft fees and he does nothing except give lies and bull shit. Asked to talk to his manager and he hangs up the phone. Ater numerous tries and getting nowherehave contacted my bank and they agreed that once if ever force factor credits my account they will remove all the charges.
In th meaan time Craig still thee lieing and being an asshole
Heard force factor had very bad reputaton and it was sure proven today.
Will never order from them again.
Especially with the idiot Craig there. Total cost to me so far 75.00 in overdraft fees they refuse to do anything about and cost of unwanted product.
