I asked if this was part of Microsoft and they said "yes." All their staff botched every part of every phone call and the billing mgr (Aaron badge #14083) replied to my refund request "it ain't gonna happen" and "he doesn't report to anyone" and he "doesn't have a supervisor" and also said to look online for the CEO's name. DO NOT USE MyTech - IT'S A SCAM!!! I manage a National call center for a global company and this place IS NOT LEGITAMATE.
