My credit card has been charged twice due to two bookings had been done for the same flight in the same date. Although CheapOAir had acknowledged the problem and promised to full refund to my credit card and I had received an e-mail confirmation, they had then decided to not to refund and tried to apply some conditions that I need to use it for another ticket purchasing with the same company and I need to use it for a limited time, and the money will expire if it is not used till to deadline. I had tried to reach call center for my complaints, it was terrible experience probably served from India, waiting at least 15 minutes to get hold of someone, then the person replies is not able to understand customer request and hangup the line, I never manage to access them again. My e-mails to billing alias and the call center operators also has not been replied, in spite of many reminders sent to them. I'm used to purchase tickets online and quite happy with this. However the transaction with Cheapoair is a disastrous experience for me and I do not recommend to do any booking with this company.
