Charges Your Card Whatever They Want. Rip-off!

My friend rented a car from enterprise, after an automobile accident, of which allstate was supposed to cover (not his fault, was the party who hit him's insruance company). They did not, and enterprise asked for a payment for show of good faith. I put down my debit card, and asked them to charge $75, and no more. Agreed, signed reciept to that effect. Charged card additional $98.17 a few days later.
Called to complain, they said "Take that up with your friend, not our problem. Don't bother to dispute the charge, because we will just keep charging your card". This is their stance. Believe the manager's name was Ann. Plan to file lawsuit for triple damages, as this is fraud.
Called again today to warn them of plans to file suit, and was told "you gave us your card, we can charge it for whatever we want". I want the public warned that enterprise believes that they can charge anyone whatever they wish whenever they feel like it, without permission.
I have contacted the media, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and if I am not refunded by noon tomorrow, I will sue them for the maximum amount allowed by law. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
