I purchased a 3 month try-out package
did not work for me. Two and a half months
later I got billed again for 3 more months.
I called explained to the person on the phone
I had only order a one time package. Person on the phone ask why I didn't cancel earlier before
being billed. I order a one time try out.
They kept asking for shipping receit number, a tracking number, they were being redicules.
Took over 30 days to refund minus $50.00
