I purchased the life time membership and could never get books to download. I e-mailed requests all the time and never received any

Response. 10/01 was the purchase date. I told friends about the site too! I would very much like my money back. Also, I paid with a credit card on line. How do I know that they won't use my credit card for their own personal use? I would like to see something done about this!
