I ordered 15 pairs of Clarks Shoes at fashion-shoes-mall.com for $504 paid through Paypal. On 4/17 (order number: 1527). 3 weeks later instead of 15 pairs of shoes I received one washing sponge from Shenzhen, China.

I filed a claim (Case #: PP-001-788-709-651) and Paypal did investigation and concluded it in favor of me. I got money refund from Paypal.

This is a absolute Scam and Fraud. Can anybody (FBI or BBB...) stop this online company from scamming innocent customers again and again?
