He call every day he receive money from my daughter visa credit card number (personal info removed). He left her message. He said he with the bbb and a check for $1295.00. My was by d r horton home also d r horton is a fraud and lie with them also promised 30 year fixed mortgage loan of only 4.018% when i had closing they increased the rate to 9% my house payment was $1517.58 he said i can low your payment to $788. A month he said every thing look good enjoy the holy day if i need any thing else i will call are e-mail. Out the holy day we try to call e-mail him he stop answer the phone the e-mail not thing. We was foreclosed on had one day to move i had to sleep in my car for three month 's had no money no wear to go. And mrs. Kathy let me have this apt been here three year 's i miss my new house lose my dog and cat and my furniture. Been in the apt to long want to move but it on my credit i can not get a house. I am 58 now i can not get one in five year now. Me and my grand kids and daughter.in a one bedroom apt at that time that all they had. We been trying to every sent. My daughter. Loan#1000476978 date may 15 the man name is gyarfas william she pay $3,000 down $1800 a month we was there a year he did not pay the bank we was eviction. Again no wear to go. He had she to mail the money to his house. To pay the bank but never receive any money. This man had 9 house 's but the house was not his. We all was eviction all 9 occupants in the house's the man name is brian G. Cano of harris county, texas he is the agent this man take the money did not do what he said we loose the same with mr.
