I, too, have been stupid enough to fall for this! It is most definitely A SCAM! I just got off the phone with them. They told me exactly what one of the other complaints said they would. They would give me % back, then @ back. Until I insisted they return my full amount, which she insisted I continue to use it and i could not get a full refund. When I ask to speak to someone in charge she HUNG UP ON ME! Really! I called back, guess who answered... The same person, Christina (with an accent of some sort). If they were ligitament wouldn't they have more than 1 CS person? Wouldn't they, also, have a Supervisor around? She also could not tell me the ingredients in the cream, nor could she connect me with someone that could... Scam!!!
