I bought 3 ipad from them. They told me a week later that my product were damage and they had to send it back to customs. And than they told me that I need to pay an extra 400 for tax. And I didn't want to because I had ask them ahead of time if I was going to get charge for anything else and they said no. So I told them I want a refund. They told me I had to wait 20 days. On the 20th day which was late September I online chat with them and ask why I haven't receive it. They told me to wait again., and when I disagree they stop talking to me on the chat. So I had to agree to them. But when it was the date that they promise my refund I never receive anything. And it just repeats itself until today. They told me again that I have to wait until the 30th of October. I'm just so stress about this issue. And I just want to warn anyone that goes onto that website to stay away. Because I don't want them to end up like me..
