I wanted to try this product, Body Cleanseplus and SlimToneplus. Its made me ill and did not lose weight at all, so I wanted to cancel the next order. The Body Cleanseplus cancelation website say I can only cancel if I pay £18.99. When I ordered I paid £7,49 as it was a trial product for a month supply. It was not on the website that if I want cancel I have to pay futher £18.99 if I m not happy with the product I cant have my money back.
The website do NOT say that I can't keep the supply without paying exta charges.
The website FAILED to give information on extra charges when someone wants to cancel their products or extra postal charges if they want to send it back.
It is AGAINTS THE LAW NOT GIVING all the information to a potential customers.
There are Customer Rights, what was not taken into account.
