I ordered the trial for $4.95 and when I received the trial I noticed that you had to call to cancel or they would keep shipping this product. I did not receive the product for 2 weeks and they set the cancellation at 10 days after order so I was already late to cancel. I cancelled immediately and have since been charged $163.51 on my card for nothing. I called and they told me that I had re-ordered the product on their website. I have never been on their website except to order the trial. When I called they refused to reverse the charges. Crappy product and bad service
