I have my home telephone service with Vonage, they take their payment by credit card. On October 12, they charged my credit $74.00 for services for myself and my daughter. On October 14, they suspended my account because they said that another customer informed them that I was using her credit card and that their Fraud Department was doing an investigation. I have contacted them on many occassions to get this resolved without any luck. I have requested that my accounts be cancelled but they would not cancel my accounts. They have my money and I do not have any service. I have informed my bank and I have requested a new card. What could be done to get Vonage to close these accounts? I do not want to use their service. I would like to get my $74.00 back.
