I stepped into the same trap as all the previous victims on the complaint list for Zinga. I bid... Won a phone... And once they asked me to scan my ID and credit card I declined the transaction. Needless to say an amount of ZAR70 went of my credit card account for the "so called" awesome phone and I phoned my bank to stop all transactions. Its a month later and at least 3 to 4 times a week I get a sms from the bank that an amount of ZAR700 from Zinga was declined due to insufficient funds on my credit card. I made sure that there will be no money on my card. I have send so many e-mails trying to solve this that I've given up. I am just going to close my credit card account and switch banks.
