I booked on line to be collected from Barcelona Airport, to Tossa de Mar, hotel Neptuno. Although the address was correct, on another section, it read Ciellia, another city though. I immediately e-mail them, and got a reply, that it was sorted.
OK Got there 8:05pm... Waited till 9 pm got picked up, drop off at Neptuno hotel... Cielllia... Not Tosser de Mar.
The time 10.00pm, had to wait half hour as the poor receptionist was so panic stricken as she could not find our booking, untill we were told we, not only wrong hotel, but wrong town... 10:30pm wife in tears. Was told that this was very common mistake, and drivers should be aware of this. Looked at paper I preseted to driver, from RESORT HOPERS, yes Tosser der mar... Why did he dropped us in Ciellia. If there were other people who also got off, and it was our mistake, I would understand, but we were the only ones told to leave the bus. Got TAXI, SPENT 50 euro got to Tossa de Mar 11.45pm GREAT START TO HOLIDAY
THANKS RESORT HOPPERS... Oh yes thank you for your responce to my claim... And also your silence... WAIT ON THE PHONE, AS THEY CLOCK UP MONEY AS YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT.
But why should they care, there are a big company... What are the feeling of a few holiday makers to them, as they rake in hundreds of thousands in. You make me sick
will never go to spain again, because them
